Giovann Collazo is an American illustrator with a BFA in visual arts from ODU. His work focuses on villains and superheroes on paper and in sculptural form. He is currently an artist and educator-in training who is getting a second degree in art education with k-12 public school licensure. Giovann seeks to enrich the lives of young artists and encourage them to pursue their artistic interests. 

 

Gio was awarded a summer internship stipend from ODU, and spent his summer working alonside Dr. Pilato, bringing his artistic expertise to help with adding detail work to the aquatic archive mural.
